Baby & Me Music offers a fun and welcoming environment for grownups and babies to explore their voices and music through connection, song, chants, movement, and tons of instruments!

In this class, students will explore the fundamentals of theater through games and exercises created to give performers the tools to thrive on stage and in life! Students will learn how movement, body language, listening, expression, and usage of space can help to tell a story. They will also explore what makes characters unique and how to create compelling characters onstage through character development, articulation, projection, and voice variation. In addition to learning what it takes to perform on stage, students will also take a deep dive behind the scenes and learn about what it takes to put on a show. Students will work on set design, costumes and props for our play productions throughout the year.

This is a workout class designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! As you know, participating in shows can be extremely physical. This class will help to support the physical demands of performing with fast paced HIIT workouts. We will end each class with breathwork and a meditation geared towards empowerment, releasing performance anxiety and cultivating confidence.

In this class, students will explore the fundamentals of musical theater through singing, dancing and acting! They will dive into proper vocal technique through breathing and vocal exercises. Students will work on strengthening their musical theater dance skills by learning creative dance combos. They will also explore storytelling through games and skits that focus on body language, facial expression, and character development. In addition to learning what it takes to perform on stage, students will also take a deep dive behind the scenes and learn about what it takes to produce a show. Students will work on set design, costumes and props for our musical productions throughout the year.
